Return Policy

At Modern Furniture, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original box with all protective padding, hardware, and instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
